  I own two rental properties and have used 4 agents over the years, and its wasn't until something went really wrong with our Gold Coast rental agency that I realised just how good the Sunshine Coast Property Rental team are, they are hands down the best on the Sunny Coast! These girls know their stuff. Through no fault of their own we had some dodgy tenants who were allowing their cat and dog to urinate inside, tenants were swiftly kicked out, they denied the events until science proved otherwise...the girls made sure the tenants paid back all necessary costs to replace walls and carpets etc in a 4 year old home. Prospective new tenants were heavily vetted before we both agreed on new tenants who are no issue at all. Kara and her team respond to both tenant and landlord enquiry's very promptly and are always happy to answer any questions I have. They have an amazing leader in Jamima! Very happy to recommend this agency.

  I would have no hesitation in giving Sunshine Coast Property Rentals a five star review. Dealing with Kara has been an easy exercise, firstly obtaining suitable tenants with a thorough check on their situation and excellent communication getting info and answers immediately.
  I have previously used other rental agencies and find there is no comparison with SCPR's professionalism.

  Even before we committed to Sunshine Coast Property Rentals managing our two investments, communication was second to none. We were freely offered fantastic advice with nothing but compassion and professionalism. A few weeks in to our properties being undertaken by SCPR we are even happier having made the switch, I just wish we had done it sooner. We cannot recommend Sunshine Coast Property Rentals enough. Every person we have had the pleasure of communicating with is exceptional at their job. If anyone is even beginning to consider changing property managers or just looking for a manager for a new property, I can confidently say; you don't need to look any further.

  I highly recommend the team at Sunshine Coast Property Rentals for their service, professionalism and communication. As I travel away from the Coast a lot, Meagan and the team keep me informed with the everyday running and general maintenance of my investment when required. I was impressed with the very detailed entry condition report conducted and I know my property is being looked after. Appreciation to all the team.

  I was amazed at the understanding nature and flexibility of Miranda and her team. As we had to move from Sunshine Coast, unexpectedly, the contract termination process was much easier and cooperative. Highly recommended!

  You would normally have reviews from investors complimenting this business, however, we are tenants and have been for a few years.
  
  With Sunshine Coast property rentals teaming with my owners, they respect us and treat us amazingly and it's been the best tenancy I've ever had.
  
  I have never had the service and efficiency of any other property managers that we receive from Kirsty and her team.
  
  Very informed and helpful, quick to respond and of course, friendly! (No joke, not your typical property managers, they really do smile!)
  
  If you are a tenant, be assured you will be looked after.
